What to do if a registered user forgets his/her profile password?

If a user forgets his/her profile password, he/she needs to fill up and submit the form below. Please note that after receiving a requisition, an email containing a password reset link will be sent to the user shortly. (Sun- Thurs within office hours).

Avoid +88 or – sign
Very important. After the creation of email, applicant will get an email at his/her personal email’s (Inbox or Spam Folder) for their new password set-link. Do not write CU domain email here even if you have any!! It must be a gmail/Yahoo etc.
