Students may contact the support email regarding:

- Microsoft 365 Access Problems
- DataCamp Classroom Access
- Login or Password Issues
- License or Activation Problems
- Other ICT-related Student Services
Students should clearly provide:
- Full Name
- Student ID
- Department/Institute
- Academic Session/Year
- Detailed description of the issue
- Screenshots or supporting documents (if applicable)
Students will generally receive a response or solution within approximately 24 working hours after submitting the support request.
